Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. We strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely manner.

Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within India. Unfortunately, we do not ship to other international destinations at this time.

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 3 days of receiving your order. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them.
  • Custom frames are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Once your request is approved, carefully package the item(s) and include a copy of your order invoice.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The shipping cost for returns/exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 3 days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items
