  2. Replacement: Alternatively, you can opt for a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

Process for Refunds

  1. Contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order to report the damage or defect and initiate the refund process.
  2. Once your request is approved, follow the return instructions provided by our team to send back the damaged or defective item.
  3. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3 days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that circumstances may change. However, please note that we aim to process and ship orders quickly, which may limit our ability to cancel an order that is already in the shipping process.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Canceled Before Shipping: If your order is successfully canceled before it is shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Canceled After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped at the time of cancellation, you may need to initiate a return once the item is received. Our standard refund policy for damaged or defective items will apply.
